Interlakes Community Caregivers provide assistance to any Sandwich resident in need. Interlakes Community Caregivers is a volunteer organization consisting of friends helping friends and neighbors helping neighbors. Interlakes Community caregivers services are free of charge. 

Local area transportation is provided for needs such as: 

*  Doctor or dentist appointments

*  Laboratory tests

*  Pharmacy pickups

*  Shopping

*  Hair Appointments 

Transportation to extended areas for medical appointments when possible. All transportation is provided by volunteers in their personal vehicles. 

Conditions of Service: 

Interlakes Community Caregivers does not provide emergency service and do not give personal or medical care

Interlakes Community Caregivers require at least 48 hours advance notice

Meals on Wheels and Congregate Meals. 

Meals on Wheels: 

Hot meals delivered to your door Monday through Thursday. Frozen meals available for Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Milk is delivered on Tuesday. 

Congregate Meals: 

Monday through Thursday at the Lions Club at Noon. 

Wednesday only Doris Benz Community Center, Sandwich at Noon 

There is no charge for nutritional services for those 60 y.o. and older. There is a suggested donation of 2.00 per person. Those under 60 y.o. are asked to pay 6.00 per person, per meal. Checks are payable to Ossipee Concerned Citizens.
