 Public Hearing Notice

 Notice is hereby given in accordance with RSA 676:4 & 675:7 that the following applications have been submitted to the Sandwich Planning Board and will be reviewed by the Board at Sandwich Town Hall on Thursday, December 7, 2017 at 7:00 P.M.:

Case 2017-18, MacKay Conservation Trust

Request for a Boundary Line Agreement by James M. Hambrook, Hambrook Land Surveying, agent for property owned by MacKay Conservation Trust, LLC, at 171 Range Road, located on Tax Map R20, Lots 19 and 19B, Rural Residential District, transferring 73.77 acres from Lot 19 to Lot 19B, resulting in lots of 3.13 acres (Lot 19) and 76.28 acres (Lot 19B), both lots being fully developed properties.

Upon a finding by the Board that sufficient information has been provided to initiate formal review, the Board will accept an application and a public hearing on the merits of the proposal will follow immediately. Should a decision not be reached at the meeting, an application will stay on the Planning Board agenda until such time as it is either approved or disapproved.
