Public Hearing Notice

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with RSA 676:7 I, that the following application has been submitted to the Sandwich Zoning Board of Adjustment and will be reviewed by the Board at Sandwich Town Hall on Thursday, January 11, 2018, at 7:00 P.M.:

Case #2018-01, Jon L. Greenawalt, Sr.

Request for Variance for property owned by Jon L. Greenawalt, Sr., located at 275 Bearcamp Pond Road, Tax Map R2, Lot 13, Rural Residential District and Shoreline Overlay District, from Zoning Ordinance Article III, Section 150-13 D(3), setback of accessory structure from road center line.

Upon a finding by the Board that sufficient information has been provided to initiate formal review, the Board will accept an application and a public hearing on the merits of the proposal will follow immediately. Should a decision not be reached at the meeting, an application will stay on the Zoning Board agenda until such time as it is either approved or disapproved.
