Sandwich Parks and Recreation has a long standing tradition of serving the citizens of Sandwich and providing activities for all ages. With youth sports, musical events, beaches, and several parks to be enjoyed Sandwich offers quite a lot for a small New England town.
PROGRAMS (all necessary forms can be found in the links below)
First time instructor Sam Seeley will lead classes for kids 4-13 at our town beach on Squam Lake. Lessons will run from Tuesday, July 4 - Thursday, July 27. Please click the swim + tennis lesson link below for full detail
Ole Anderson will be giving youth tennis lessons on Mondays and Wednesdays starting Monday, July 3 and finishing Wednesday, July 26. There will also be adult tennis clinics on Friday mornings starting at 9:00am. Please click the swim + tennis link below for full details
Sensei Todd Watkins will lead classes in Kitsune Okinawan Karate. Ages: Kindergarten-Adult.
Wednesdays in the Sandwich Central School gymnasium. Our next session begins on 5/3.

$10.00/class drop-in rate
REGISTRATION: The Parks and Recreation Department must have a completed Parks and Recreation Medical Form, a Parks and Recreation Kitsune Karate Registration form, and an Okinawan Karate Registration form from all participants. see links at bottom of page)

The Parks and Recreation Department is always looking to engage the public with activity opportunities. If you have ever had the desire to participate in a program as a leader or just in a complimentary role we can always find a place for you. Let us know what you would like to see and we will do our best to make it a reality. Remember, volunteers are ALWAYS needed.
*Parks and Recreation must have a completed and signed medical form before allowing participation in any program.
