Hearing Rescheduled, August 24, 2017, 7 P.M.
Notice is hereby given, in accordance with RSA 676:7 I, that the public hearing on the following application before the Sandwich Zoning Board of Adjustment has been postponed from August 10, 2017. In order to provide full and proper notifications to all interested parties, the hearing is rescheduled for Thursday, August 24, 2017, at 7 P.M. at Sandwich Town Hall:
Case #2017-03, Phil Strother and Ashley Bullard
Request for a Special Exception for property owned by Phil Strother and Ashley Bullard located at 232 Chase Road, North Sandwich, Tax Map R5, Lot 16C, Rural Residential District. Applicants propose construction of a professional food/catering kitchen with residential area requiring a special exception under Zoning Ordinance Section 150-102 E.
Upon a finding by the Board that sufficient information has been provided to initiate formal review, the Board will accept an application and a public hearing on the merits of the proposal will follow immediately. Should a decision not be reached at the meeting, an application will stay on the Zoning Board agenda until such time as it is either approved or disapproved.
